Let Your Aim Be True

What sights beheld through radiant light
Omniscient embrace to hold us tight
To reveal the archetype of beauty’s allure
With familiar warmth our hearts assure

This moment in time with eyes to see
Yet vibrating strings stem from eternity
An emanating sound goes round & round
Keeping our souls suspended in boundary

Raise your awareness to heaven above
Feel that pull known only through love
Release your arrow into the open blue
To know thyself let your aim be true

Cure the body with nature’s herb and song
Lift your spirits and it won’t take long
Learn to dance and play a musical string
Remove the poison is to remove the sting

Come let us sail into a golden dawn
To hear the mystery of a melodious swan
Strum the silk strings with all your heart
Participate in the power of its healing art

Now cast a rhyme that will last forever
Goodness sake don’t try to sound clever
Find the words in the melody of the tune
String them together & let them commune

Soon the blacken day shall begin anew
With the horizon filled with a golden hue
Again to set sail upon the ocean’s face
Explore the deep for thy heart’s embrace

Raise your awareness to heaven above
Feel that pull known only through love
Release your arrow into the open blue
To know thyself let your aim be true.
